Mechanical Face Seal Material
Since the dramatic economical and technology development, new materials have been increasingly and widely used in mechanical seals. There are SIC, B4C, TiC, TC, Si3N4, Ceramics, Carbon, Cermet, Fluon, etc. According to the different characteristic themselves and production procedures, and all of them have different performances.
Appropriate mechanical sealing material is vital and must be shosen in accordance with working conditions and material comprehensive physical mechanical performance.
